About Us
VolkerLaser has been active in the energy efficiency and insulation market across England and Scotland for over 20 years, specialising in both structural and non-structural systems.
Our projects have included application to high and low-rise properties with a variety of substrates and construction to over 4,500 installations of various sizes, specifications and complexity. The properties we have helped to improve vary from pre-1920 solid brick terraces through to post-war, system-built housing and 1960s tower blocks.
This has provided our in-house management team with extensive knowledge and experience of planning, resourcing, contingency management and resident liaison.
Our professional team places a high priority on good communication as a tool to manage all aspects of a project; from developing our approach to co-ordinating with other contractors, ensuring health and safety, and engaging effectively with the general public.
We have helped:
- Nottingham City Council as their preferred installer, working across the Clifton area providing 180,000 meters of external wall insulation to over 2,100 properties, including over 1,000 privates and over 970 socials
- Install external wall insulation to 533 privately owned properties in Dunfermline, Fife in an effort to tackle fuel poverty and climate change
- Insulate 188 properties as part of Arbroath Energy Savers Scheme
- Leicester City Council improve their housing stock and tackle fuel poverty to over 175 houses is the Braunstone area
- Delivered works to 220 houses on the Carseview Estate in Clackmannanshire
